Getting Started
Submit your resume now to: Info@TheSpinSolutions.com or Sign Up using our online portal. If you’re not ready to apply at this time and have questions, you can request a call from recruitment or call us at 301.530.SPIN (7746).
Quick Application Review and Interview
Once you have submitted your resume, we will then review it and complete some cursory verification’s on our end. After those verification’s are completed, if we have a position that is a possible fit, we will give you a call and you’ll talk one-on-one with one of our exceptional and experienced recruiters. During this time, we can get to know YOU personally and set expectations for your opportunities and the rest of the process.

Requirements
At this point in the procedure, our team’s goal is all about compiling a profile that will consist of all the information and documents required to meet the standard set your professional standards, and the facility that you’re interested in working with. This is also the section where we complete any outstanding verifications of your employment, education, and/or additional professional references along with requesting copies of your necessary certifications, licenses, and all relevant health documents.
Joining The Team
With the requirements process complete, we will work with you to set up a plan that will lead you directly to the professional opportunity that works for you. Whether that’s getting your contract terms ironed out and signed, settling your travel arrangements (if applicable), or organizing dates for orientation at the facility you’d like to work at. After you receive your Statement of Work, you’ll also undergo additional screening such as background check, drug screening, etc.
